How It Works

• The Search Fee ($25): An upfront fee to kick off the hunt. This covers three weeks of dedicated, intensive searching for your specific request.

• The Match: I’ll present curated options that fit your criteria. Once we find "the one," I handle all seller communications, negotiations, and coordination.

• The Sourcing Fee: Once the item is secured, a 15% sourcing fee applies based on the item's final purchase price.

• Delivery Options: No truck? No problem. Local delivery across the GTA is available (rates vary depending on distance and item size).
